Offering up to 170m2, ‘The Sync’ is our versatile first floor event space designed to accommodate a wide range of gatherings, from networking to seminars to training workshops and everything in between.
The Sync can be configured as a stylish, relaxed ‘mix and mingle’ gallery, or for presentations and screenings it can seat up to 50 attendees with theatre-style seating.
Refreshments, drinks and food are served from the integrated open-plan kitchen, with the option of professionally catered food or canapes prepared in a second kitchen in the adjoining retail showroom.

Availability and rates
The Sync event space is available to hire throughout the day, seven days a week. So it makes for an ideal space to host early morning breakfast events through to relaxed evening gatherings.

We know that one size doesn't often fit all when it comes to booking an event space. That's why we'll build a quote for you, based upon your specific requirements.
We can discuss suitable drinks and catering options, and whether you'd like photography / videography of your event. We are also happy to open our little black book of contacts should you want something extra, such as entertainment or dressing of the event space.

The Site nestles in the heart of the Kingsditch Estate in Cheltenham, just 13 minutes’ drive from the M5, and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre.
Limited onsite/local parking is available by reservation. Wheelchair access is currently only available to the ground floor - please ask for details when booking.
