About our venue
Formerly a redundant industrial unit, over the last 2 years we have totally refurbished, redeveloped and extended the building. We have created modern, affordable out-of-town serviced offices for up to 75 tenants and provided Cheltenham with a dynamic new venue for business meetings and events.
Today, some 15 local professional firms, several operating within the construction services and consulting sector, are now all co-located in The Site’s private offices.

The Site nestles in the heart of the Kingsditch Estate in Cheltenham, just 13 minutes’ drive from the M5, and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre.
Limited onsite/local parking is available by reservation. Wheelchair access is currently only available to the ground floor - please ask for details when booking.
